Nina Lee Aquino

Nina Lee Aquino is a director, dramaturge, actor and playwright. She is currently the artistic director of fu-GEN Asian-Canadian Theatre Company. Aquino is also the producer of the CrossCurrents Festival at Factory Theatre. She co-wrote the play Miss Orient(ed) (Carlos Bulosan Theatre) and her monologues have published in Beyond the Pale (edited by Yvette Nolan) and She Speaks (edited by Judith Thompson). Aquino received the Ken McDougall Award for Emerging Director in 2004.
