Rawi Hage

Rawi Hage was born in Beirut, Lebanon. He is a writer, and a visual artist. His debut novel, DeNiro’s Game, was short listed for the Scotiabank Giller Prize, the Governor General Award, the Writers Trust Award, the First Book Regional Commonwealth Award, and won the McAuslan First Book Prize and the Paragraphe Hugh MacLennan Prize for Fiction. He resides in Montreal.
