Kim Aubrey was born in Bermuda and, after many years in Toronto, now lives in Saskatoon. Her stories, poems and essays have appeared in Best Canadian Stories, The New Quarterly, Room, North Dakota Quarterly, poem memoir story, upstreet and Event, among others. One story was nominated for a Pushcart prize, another for the Journey Prize. Kim leads an annual weeklong retreat in Bermuda for writers and other artists. She is a founding member and Editor of Red Claw Press, a small press publishing its first anthology, Crave It: Writers and Artists Do Food, in Spring, 2011. See for more information.
