Corina Gugulus

Corina Guguluş is an emerging writer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from her country of
origin, Romania, and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in English from York University, Canada.
She holds a Certificate in Creative Writing from University of Toronto (2017) and her poem Sour
Cherry won Honourable Mention in Prairie Fire’s poetry competition in 2015. Another poem,
Balthazar, appeared in the same Winnipeg-based magazine in Spring 2019. She has been
working in the corporate world for the past fifteen years, however is currently dedicating more
time to her writing practice, focusing in part on her poetry manuscript, Gnarled Fingers
