The Misunderstood

My community is misunderstood.

Not, an unsafe and violent place.
Not, the expectations of our community being a disgrace.

The thoughts of you seeing drug dealers around the corner should vanish from your minds, for we are as neighbourly as can be and divine.

Our community is the center of us, it’s where we grew up, it’s where friendships blossom, it’s our home and I find this awesome.

A diversity of Asians, Latinos, Black and White
Make the community a wonderful delight.

For my community is misunderstood.
