About the Presenter

Denise Da Costa is a Canadian artist, and author of the 2024 Toronto Book Award long-listed novel, And the Walls Came Down (Dundurn Press, 2023). Her work has been featured in Existere Journal, and the Coach House Press anthology, Subdivided: City Building in the Age of Hyper-Diversity. She studies Creative Writing at UBC and lives in the Niagara region.
