Diaspora Dialogues is delighted to share details of TOK Winnipeg 2019, a two-day symposium taking place November 15-16, 2019. TOK, the digital magazine of Diaspora Dialogues, publishes fiercely honest, freshly original writing from our cities, and from around the world.
Day one includes an two writing masterclasses and a a professional development workshop. Emerging writers can gain vital writing which will help them develop as a writer in YA and poetry. Participants can also be exposed to industry insight on Pitching to an Agent or Publisher.
Day two consists of live podcast tapings of two on-stage author interviews and two panel conversations. Black Writers in CanLit and Vulnerability & The Public Space
